For my EX5 they were quite happy to send the ROM upgrades by
mail for users to install themselves if they wanted. So I
assume that they would do this if there was ever a RM1x
upgrade. After several ROM upgrades for the EX5 I wonder if
they really cut costs by instsiting not to ship products
with flashable ROMs.

After the way they treated EX5 users I was never going to
buy Yamaha again, but then they tempted me again with the
RM1x.

I'm happy to say that I havent found any bugs so far, but
I've only had the unit for a month, so perhaps other users
are in a better position to report.
