This bug was introduced with rev 452, when I added the Ardour bug compensation as an option. I also noticed another double-hit issue (rev 451 and before). In a new H2 session, if you set H2 as the transport master in Song mode... the first time you hit play you will get a double-hit. But, we need to fix the bug in rev 452, first. :-) > hiho, > on my system it is the opposite. since ardour 2.7. i get a double-hit if > "transport bug workaround" is active. Do you mean this message: > hiho, > i found out, for ardour versions >= 2.7, that hydrogen as jack transport > slave together with ardour as transport master correct starts. without this > small delay sound, if the first note is set directly on b,b,t 1,1,1. > if you enable the transport offset config option in h2 you can listen the > delay. if you disable the option the delay is gone. imo, the problem is > solved in ardour. If so... I guess it got lost in translation. This message says to me: "I tested Ardour 2.7 and it looks like they fixed their problem." :-) If you mean a different message, I guess I missed it.
