Ha!  Yeah, that's the idea.  I did a quick fix by disabling the 'must_relocate' 
thing... but that's the wrong solution.  :-)

Actually, these are now marked as 'ignored.'  I think it's a deprecated attempt 
at addressing looping in the transport.
