Scribus 1.3.3.12 is Qt3. Am I missing something? :-) That said, their help browser *is* nice and the source files are only about 1,100 lines of code... so may not be too bad to port. Also, Qt 4.4 introduced the QHelpEngine API to avoid the external dependence on Qt Assistant.
