I'm currently looking for tools to play live with GNU/Linux and I like
Hydrogen, so I'm very interested by that idea of a new live-centered
interface. I already used a bit the "stacked pattern" mode, which seems
promising

I think the most convenient way to control things live is MIDI, so it
would be very nice if that new interface was easily assignable to midi.
The work in the midi assignation is quite promising too.
