Not a drummer (amateur bassist, guitarist), but I really like hydrogen, and I love latin afro-cuban rhythms. I'm learning to play congas, to improve my understanding. I would like to program hydrogen conga patterns, but I have not been able to find drum kits with all of the sounds. Ideally, I would like to have the following sounds: bass, open, muffled, slap, rim-shot (and hand & fingers for "la marcha" would also be nice), for three congas: quinto, conga, tumba. So far I haven't seen any kits with a slap, typically just open and maybe muffled. Has anyone been able to find good conga sounds for hydrogen?
