I have created a XKB file for Malayalam languages based on the new standared keyboard layout proposed by our govt. Our language code is ml_IN I have created a Compose file for mapping 5 glyphs. Single keys are required for 5 gplyps as per the new layout, but the formation of this character required 3 unicode characters including Zero Width Joiner. So this Compose file should be included in ml_IN.UTF-8 directory. Also We have Malayalam Locale DB and GPLed Malayalam unicode font. And it is required to make some changes in .dir files. Please provide me details where I can submit these things.
