These changes are in compose.dir and locale.dir, aren't they? You can submit XFree86 related changes (*.dir patches, a new compose file for ml_IN.UTF-8 locale, xkb symbol file for Malayalam', etc) to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] (I'm not sure of the difference between two). You have to patient (it seems to take a submission 'a while' to get accepted. If you are a subscriber to glibc list, you can just write to it (with the locale definiton attached if it's not so big. otherwise, you can give the URL where it can be downloaded). If not, perhaps you can write to the maintainer of the glibc (go to http://sources.redhat.com/ml/libc-alpha and you'll easily figure out who he is :-) ) to ask him to include it. > and GPLed Malayalam unicode font. You can publicize it as much as possible (including writing to Markus Kuhn, the maintainer of Linux and Unicode FAQ and giving the URL to this list/xfree86-font list/linux-utf8 list) so that distribution maintainers pick it up.
