There is some fairly good shorebird habitant at the south fork area of Lake Rathbun. This is tha area where the Royal Tern was several years ago. Tonight 8/26 the following was present: 60+ Caspain Terns, 12 Forester's Tern, 40 Black Tern, 5 Semipalmated Plover, 1 immature Piping Plover, 12 Spotted S., 6 Semipalmated S., 6 Least S., 2 White-rumped S., 10 Baird's S., and 4 Pectoral S.
