At Pilot Knob yesterday, I heard the Cerulean Warbler in the distance at the
same spot as two weeks ago. I suspect that the warblers are nesting further
into the woods. A pair of Black-billed Cuckoos were close to the road and
the Pileated Woodpecker was attaching a tree with Scarlet Tanagers nearby.

Eight seemingly unmarked Trumpeter Swans were at Crystal Lake WA.

A Black-crown Night-heron was seen at Ventura Marsh.
