I was at the Creighton University Retreat Center just West of Griswold today.  
I spent a few minutes watching the birds at and near the feeders behind the 
dining hall.  I saw three Red-Headed Woodpeckers.  One was completely bald; 
another had lost the feathers in a large circle around it's eyes.  

Other birds seen were:
White-breasted nuthatches
Chickadees
American Goldfinches
Downy Woodpecker
House Sparrows.
