We also sometimes go years without a titmouse. This winter there have been
two irregular visitors. Put up a blog post about one this morning.

Finally..! All fall and winter I've been looking for something unusual at
our Urbandale bird feeder.  Last year it was the Fox Sparrow, and the year
before, it was the Pine Siskins.
 
Finally...just this morning, we had our first Titmouse in more than 10 years
at our hanging feeder!
 
It was like welcoming back an old friend...
