Bill Scheible and I birded Delaware County today and came up with 102 species, including 15 warbler species and 11 shorebird species. Highlights were 1 Willet, 1 White-rumped Sandpiper, and 9 Short-billed Dowitchers (all new species for the Delaware County checklist) at Buffalo Creek Wildlife Area; Cape May, Golden-winged, and Blackpoll Warblers at Bailey's Ford; and Acadian Flycatcher and Veery at Backbone State Park.
