Shorebirds were the best thing going at the marsh today and I had a
pleasant time scoping 12 species. A record early WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER,
Semipalmated Plover, Stilt Sandpipers, and a Short-billed Dowitcher were
the most interesting. The marsh still has watered areas with the southeast
section best for shorebirds.
