Birders,


        As mentioned in my previous post, I took a quick detour on my way home 
from work tonight.  I followed my hunch that it might have been en route to the 
Dunbar area.  There I found a female Snowy Owl atop a utility pole on the 
Carroll/Greene line (Co Hwy N58), just west of Dunbar Slough. 


        Exact location is 0.8 south of 250th/Co Hwy E53, west side of road.  
The pole she was on is literally in the parking lot of a hog? confinement.  
This was at 4:30.  I snapped a couple photos of her on the way by. 


        A subtle breath of fresh air after an emotionally trying day.  Thank 
you, birding....once again.
