I stopped by Pinchey Bottoms yesterday and it was quite dead. Best birds were 75+ Great Blue herons, 6 Great Egrets, 1 Green Heron, 2 Herring Gull 2nd winter plumage ?, and 3 Buff-breasted Sandpiper. Only two shorebirds, Killdeer and the Buff-breasted. Ray Cummins Ankeny
