Karena felosofinya sebagai sumber devisa , seharusnya juga diimbangi dg peningkatan kapasitas produksi Non BBM untuk domistik ( transp,industri dan listrik)termask didalamnya infrastrukturnya.Kayaknya sekarang sudah taraf "kepanikan"Makanya ada Keprres PLTU batubara , Kepress Bio Oil, Keppres Nuklir , dllAsal tidak seperti dulu dulu saja , ada Kppres Kppres macam macam...setiap ada permasalahan ISM
