October 6-10, 2008 (5-day course): Data Analysis & Resource Estimation
This course will give you a sound understanding of the important concepts and methods of mining geostatistics from the basics (variography) to the estimation of block grades, grade tonnage curves and resource classification issues. You will be taught how to apply them with ISATIS.
Lecturer: Jerome Poisson
October 20-22, 2008 (3-day course): Resource Classification
With this course, you will learn the state-of-the-art in resources classification and uncertainty assessment. In particular ISATIS offers a unique technique based on the discrete gaussian model which quickly provides reliable confidence intervals.
Lecturer: Jacques Deraisme
All courses include theoretical training and practical use of ISATIS, advanced geostatistical software solution from GEOVARIANCES.
