Mohon info lebih lanjut dari rekan-rekan yang pernah bekerja pada Kualu Basin atau pada Sibumasu Blok, pada kolom stratigrafi West Malaysia dan Thailand yang dikeluarkan Barber et al.(2005) terdapat Kodian Lst. berumur Triassic (Mesozoic) dan Ratburi Lst., Chuping Lst. berumur Permian serta Phuket Singa (tiloids) berumur Carbon (Paleozoic), adakah diantara formasi-formasi tua ini yang sudah proven sebagai penghasil HC di Blok Andaman? This is probably related to the region's tectonic evolution that controlled the deposition of source rock sequences. The Andaman Basin may be divided into two distinct tectonosedimentation zones.
