TSA (Technical Service from Abroad ada juga Tech Service Assistant) bisa ada dua macam : - Mengundang expert dari luar, dan dikerjakan di DN. - Membawa sample (data) keluar NKRI utk keperluan analisa atau studi yg hanya bisa dikerjakan di luar NKRI. Misal alat analisanya hanya ada di LN. Jadi TSA tidak selalu datanya (barangnya) scara fisik keluar NKRI.
