istilahnya kalau gak salah Demisioner ,Rasanya Pimpinan Domisioner tdk untuk pengambilan keputusan yang trategis apalagi sampai Munaslub , kayaknya kurang pas , apalagi merubah AD/ART yg merupakan Pijakan dasar Organisasi kayaknya juga kurang pas.Saya tidak tahu apakah di AD ART tidak dibahas ttg proses penggantian pengurus setelah terpilih Ketum, sampai seberapa lama si Ketum Terpilih menyusun kepengurusan baru ( maksimal waktu untuk serah terima ) ISM
