No, although it certainly looks better when y0ou do that. You can run
the data out to the last column before the continuation column, put a
nonblank in the continuation column and pick up on the next card
image.
I'm a bit surprised; I thought that you'd been around long enough to
know the ugly continuation convention as well as the readable one.
