Of course it does.  The members share the same name.  They are not
necessarily equal in content.  Depending on the order of concatenation,
different modules will be scanned.

Concatenations will only return the *first* occurence of a given unique
member name, all other members named identically below that first one

That explanation, however, can't explain the difference between the two
runs.  I would think the number of uniquely-named members was identical,
unless someone added a new uniquely-named member to one of them in
between
those two runs.
