Why does that matter?

The topic of the thread is "TSO Replacement".  Unix Services was
cited (not exactly proposed) (not initially by me) as a replacement
candidate.  Another set of respondents (with considerable overlap)
noted the need for continued availability of the venerable TSO
services.  "address 'TSO' whatever" provides such availability
in Unix Services, with the significant advantage over /bin/tso
that it's possible to issue more than one TSO command within the
lifespan of the spawned TSO address space.  (e.g. ALLOCATE; CALL).

Small steps are being made toward a TSO alternative.  We're not
there yet.
