Correct, it solves the problem immediately, but does not explain how it occurs and will not guarantee that it will not occur again. I did not mean to infer that the problem was solved. It is a temp fix though that allows us to continue on. (and hope/pray) We have IBM, EMC, DTS, FDR, and other vendors involved.
