You didn't say who you asked.
If you asked via standard FDR channels, then I'd say
to give up. My usual feeling is that if a vendor isn't
responsive when trying to get your money, it certainly
won't be *after* it gets your money.
If you asked via an informal venue (like this one),
try asking FDR support, directly. I haven't had to call
them often, or recently, but when I did I got quick,
knowledgeable answers.
