Sam, running unauthorized, the WTO text still went to the SYSLOG specifying MCSFLAG=(HRDCPY,BUSYEXIT) on my system where the CONSOLxx member in parmlib specifies ROUTCODE=(ALL) in the first CONSOLE command.
Would running in superviser state make a difference with these flags?
