Hi,
It will go to SYSLOG but not a real CONSOLE and it won't cause a buffer
shortage.
If you want it out of SYSLOG you are going to need to use an MPF exit.
In your environment dumping to SYSLOG for debugging will likely be OK.

Sam, running unauthorized, the WTO text still went to the SYSLOG specifying
MCSFLAG=(HRDCPY,BUSYEXIT) on my system where the CONSOLxx member in parmlib
specifies ROUTCODE=(ALL) in the first CONSOLE command.
Would running in superviser state make a difference with these flags?
