Hmmm. When I attempted to report in a PMR a deficiency in ISRDDN which I
perceived
as a problem, IBM Support's response included:

    3) ISRDDN was designed for use by IBM service. "ISRDDN is a utility
that assists IBM support in evaluating and solving problems,"
       according to the user guide.
    4) We provide a warning that things are not as they seem. You have
run across one of the "other unpredictable results."
