How many DB2 subsystems do you recycle and how often? Can't you
limit the recycles at all?  How big is your RSVNONR anyway?
To increase it by 1000 only takes about 130K of SQA below
the line (if CSCBLOC=ABOVE) and perhaps a little less since
z/OS 1.3.  Unless you are also running IMS on the same LPAR(s),
I would think you could make a substantial RSVNONR increase without
it being a major issue.
