I feel your pain, Tom. I've had to actually download PTF's from IBM to read their cover letters, because I had already accepted them but another PTF referenced the cover letter of the older one, and I wanted to find out what it was talking about. I have not been successful in finding the PTF cover letter information in IBMLink or anywhere else besides the PTF itself. I wish they would update the APAR with the info. Almost makes me want to turn NOPURGE on.
