I hope you found your answer in amongst all our egos :) Basically most sites
can just ignore the message and leave it as it is, or if you want to keep
things optimal "just in case" then you can:

1) Allocate a larger PLPA on a different custom volume and use Dynamic PAV
2) Allocate a larger PLPA on the same volume, not adjacent to Common and use
Dynamic PAV
3) Allocate a larger PLPA on a different custom volume

This would be my order of preference. I think there was enough info in the
thread for you to make the best choice for your shop.
