Assuming this is the "old" IPO supplied SMFDUMP program, then yes you are missing something (the IPO program looks at all the MANx data sets and dumps the ones that need dumping in addition to doing a SWITCH command). If you can still IPL your 2.10 system somewhere (or have it IPLed somewhere) you can use ISRDDN to find it. If you don't have access to your 2.10 system where it worked you'll have to look at old parmlib members (if available) for LNKLST libraries that may have had the program and start browsing them etc. If none of that works, I'm sure someone on the list could send you the source. Many shops still use it.
