SMFDUMP used to be distributed in the IPO/CBIPO/CPAC samplibs, but no
longer.  It dumped the inactive MANx datasets one at a time by calling
IFASMFDP.

I think programs like smfdump (and others) that used to be part and parcel of the CBPDO (CBIPO) should reasonably be shipped with all IBM system type offerings, what do you think?
