I will take your word for it. I have seen that certain groups are on
certain news servers are marked as non postable. They were either set
up this was (incorrectly) or they were asked to make it that way (with
either the charter or the groups owners request).
I don't monitor the groups as they seem to spawn spam and I have enough
already (thank you vary much).
