As the missing source code problem is popping up now and then, I'm thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to include the source code (compressed) in the load module, like you could do when compiling REXX programs. This would guarantee that you always have a source code matching the running programs.
I think that the performance implications would (in general) be small today.
