Mr. Shannon has been a valuable developer's reference for many years. I
didn't even know Bob when I wrote my first PC routine, but I remember
reading and keeping one of his write-ups handy the first time I used
what has since become my favorite instruction: PLO.
[I also like LAY, but that is for other reasons. :-) ]
And, Bob isn't through teaching yet. Check out his sessions from SHARE
in Boston:
8184: Assembler University 401 - Lock and Load
2856: Do you Understand Dispatchable Units?
and, of course, his two valuable contributions to 2817: Bit Bucket x'1E':
o Assemble on Workstation - Link on Host
o CNZ_MSGTOSYSLOG
