Why would you want to do that? z/OS 1.4 is the oldest supported release
right now.
That's the oldest release IBM supports. It's obviously not the oldest
release Art Celestini supports.
Our MVS-based products currently support OS/390 V1R2 and higher.
Beginning next month, that will be raised to OS/390 V1R3.
