In fact VSAM datasets are safe as long as an application respects
shareoptions. For PS datasets - there is no system-supported way to
share it within single image (EXCEPT DISP=SHR), however it is worth to
mention that there is no GRS ENQ. That means the ENQ is not visible on
another system.
