As sysprogs, we have no control about df/sort sentences written by
other people even in production JCL.
We can detect a perfomance degradation using (1,38,PD) instead the
more correct (1,38,BI) due to the df/sort thecnique selected at end, but we
would prefer to have the posibility to tell df/sort to give un abend/RC=16
for this "wrong" sentences.
