Why?  If you read the Z990 PRSM guide it specifically talks about using
RSU=OFFLINE so that you can have reserve storage defined, be able to
vary it on, and then off again later if needed.  We are moving in this
direction, so I'd be curious to hear the why nots!

IBM has recommended, since OS390 2.10, don't specify either RSU or REAL
in a 64-bit envirnment.
