Called IBMLink support in Bangalore, and found out my problem. Before I
even finished saying, "internal error has occurred, I was told to "remove
all special characters" from the ETR, "remove excess blank lines", and
"shorten long sentences". I had copied in a panel, and the underscores at
the top of the panel below the menu were all changed to cent signs. I
deleted all the cent signs, and viola! My ETR submitted.
I did mention to the Level 1 person that an error message telling me to
"remove all special characters" would have been more helpful than "internal
error has occurred".
I love IBMLink.
