There was a good presentation at SHARE following Andrew in Florida. As separation distance increases more consideration needs to placed on staffing and needs during force majure. Basically what they did was set-up family assistance center for everybody involved with DR plan even if it was just check the house and pick up the mail. Really well thought out,
