QUIESCE the task will work, if it is swappable. If non-swappable, create a ServiceClass (such as SWAPOUT) that points to a Resource Group (such as RG_SWAP) with a maximum of ZERO Service Units specified. Then reset the task's SRVCLASS to SWAPOUT.
