  We don't do anything with consoles until NIP, 
at which point IEAIPL00 is out of the picture.

  Since the System Initialization Logic manual no longer 
exists, the best way to get an overview of the 
IPL/NIP/MSI sequence is to do an

IPLDATA STATUS

command under IPCS.
