FYI - If you are used to getting emails each time an ETR is updated you are in for a surprise, SR does not send out an email each time a ticket is updated.

Hi Sam, Another item that is missing is the ability to define a sort order in the search results list. For etrs I had used the customized option to have the etrs sort by update date. With SR you can't save a customized sort order. You have to click twice on the date modified field to obtain the same results. With etrs you can automatically sort on multiple fields but SR you can manually on sort on ust one. I agree with you on "I am frustrated to see it not built into SR before cutting over ETR."
