What are you trying to ask?
There are web servers for z/OS. As with any web server, you need to
talk to your network and firewall personnel to ensure end-to-end
connectivity.

As long as the host name for your server always maps to the correct IP
address and your security staff doesn't require that the connection
comes from a specific address then that shouldn't be an issue. Do you
also need to connect to the user's system from the mainframe?
