AFAIK, this is not possible. However, the linkage editor/binder can produce a "stand-alone" csect which can be processed in much the same way as an object deck. The linkage editor/binder control statements would need to be modified to handle this.
Another possibility is to dis-assemble the csect in question and create an object deck from the dis-assembled source code.
