You can't set it up; you can only ask your vendor to set it up. Then
when it doesn't work at the DR site you get to call your vendor and
try to get it taken care of. I didn't get a tee shirt, only scars.

I'm sure that it will. The customer only uses the DR site a few days a
year, and the only significant support he normally needs is for bugs
in the licensing keys that are not for the customers' benefit in the
first place.
