You need to get your VTAM parameters right before you worry about the
JES2 parameters. You didn't show a definition for the CTCA. If you
just forgot to cite the missing data, have you been able to start a
cross-domain session of any sort?

Did you look those up?

Your node definitions are inconsistent. Fix that and change the
OWNNODE on each side to the proper values.
